On Friday, 28 November 2025, at 3:00 PM, my short film “Katwoman” will be screened in Orvieto, Italy, for local high school students as part of the event “Cultural Transformation in Iran.” I will then join online for a brief Q&A with the students about the film. Program:
3:00–4:30 p.m.: Meeting for upper secondary school students with the screening of the short film Katvoman by Hadi Sheibani; the director will join remotely for a brief interaction with the students.
5:00–6:30 p.m.: Public conversation with Shervin Haravi on cultural change in Iran and the role of the new generations.
8:00 p.m.: Iranian dinner at the restaurant Vis à Vis, “A journey of taste through the aromas and flavours of the East” (cost 30€), a convivial experience rich in ritual, where hospitality is sacred and every dish tells a story.
